POLICIES:

Expired Coupon Policy: We gladly accept expired coupons and vouchers for a $15 fee.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hours notice when cancelling appointments. Except in case of extreme weather. If 24-hours notice is not given, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

GROUPON, LivingSocial, and clients with Vouchers: improper notice will result in your deal becoming void.

No Call/No Show: You will forfeit your appointment, and be charged a $25 fee. Late appointments: We will see you for the length of time allowed by the schedule. You will be charged for a full session.

Refunds: All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Tipping Policy: We gladly accept tips. We would like to thank our clients for their continued generosity. When tipping our therapists please keep in mind that our prices do not include gratuity. Gratuity is neither expected or require but always appreciated.

FAQ:

When will my series expire?:
Series of 5: 5 (five) months from date of purchase.
Series of 10: 10 (ten) months from date of purchase.

Can I split my series with someone else?:
Series of 5: No. The purpose of the package is to give each individual a chance to feel the benefits of regular massage sessions and allows you to get to know our team of therapists to create a wellness plan to fit your needs.
Series of 10: Yes. 2 people my share a series of 10. Or if you wish to keep them all you can give ONE away as a gift.

Does the price include gratuity?:
No. And please keep in mind the actual value of your service when leaving gratuity.
